Successful test of Pakistan's locally manufactured Babar cruise missile

Pakistan has successfully tested an improved range version of the locally manufactured Babar Cruise Missile 1B.
According to Pakistan Army Public Relations Department, Lt. Gen. Nadeem Ricky Manj, Director General of Strategic Plans Division Dr. Raza Samar, Nescom Chairman Lt. Gen. Muhammad Ali, Commander Army Strategic Force Command, Strategic Plans to watch the launch on Tuesday. Scientists and engineers from strategic institutions, including senior officers of the division, were present.

The Director General of the Strategic Plans Division congratulated the scientists and engineers on their achievements in cruise missile technology.

He expressed full confidence that this experience would further strengthen Pakistan's strategic capabilities.

The President of Pakistan, the Prime Minister and the Heads of the Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee and Services also congratulated the concerned scientists and engineers on the successful launch.
